The Research Of Domestic Debt And Overseas Investment Risk Management For Wanda Group's

In recent years,the scale of outbound investment of Chinese enterprises has been increasing rapidly,and a new mode of outbound investment of liabilities and assets has emerged.This mode refers to that domestic enterprises borrow money from Chinese financial institutions to make a large amount of overseas investment.If such enterprises invest in overseas loss-making projects,it will promote the development of foreign GDP and transfer financial risks to China.This risk may also be transferred to the upstream and downstream industries and the financial sector,greatly increasing the bad debts of state-owned financial institutions in China,or even the loss of state-owned assets.Therefore,taking wanda group's internal liabilities and external assets as the research object,the risks caused by in-depth analysis,put forward prevention and control countermeasures,so as to effectively reduce the company's financial risks and domestic Banks' financial risks,and protect the safety of China's economic lifeline.Based on the study of debt financing and overseas mergers and acquisitions,this paper introduces the general situation of wanda group,the situation of built-in liabilities,the situation of external assets,and the matching analysis of internal liabilities and external assets through relevant literature and public materials,and takes the matching analysis as the starting point to study risk identification,causes,evaluation and prevention and control.Risk identification and cause analysis were carried out on the lack of enterprise project investment,bank loan management and regulatory legislation caused by the external assets of wanda group's liabilities,a risk evaluation index system was established for the cause of risk,and the risk was evaluated by the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The prevention and control countermeasures are put forward for wanda group to make prudent decisions on overseas investment projects,Banks to strengthen the management of overseas loans,and regulatory departments to supplement the blank points of overseas merger and acquisition loans and overseas investment laws.
