The prevalence of economic globalization and the rapid development of domestic economy provide a good opportunity for a large number of excellent enterprises in China to go out.In addition,the strategy of "going out" in China has also played a great role in encouraging Chinese enterprises to invest abroad.So since 1970s,many powerful enterprises began to expand overseas,expand their scale and influence,so as to achieve the international development of enterprises.Even in the period of the global financial crisis and the severe trauma in the overseas market,the strength of our enterprises to go out is still not diminishes.Even in the period of the global financial crisis and the severe trauma in the overseas market,the strength of our enterprises to go out is still not diminishes.In recent years,the economic cooperation between China and the strategy of "The Belt and Road" and other important strategic policy,the state advocate more initiative enterprises go out,make full use of domestic and international two resources and two markets both at home and abroad,to promote the development of China's economy,create a win-win situation.Nowadays,excellent multinational enterprises are already an important embodiment of a country's comprehensive national strength and economic strength.Therefore,under the trend of economic globalization,our country quickly adapts and plays its own role,pays more attention to attracting and encourages the enterprises to develop overseas.However,because most enterprises in our country have not long time for overseas investment,lack of experience and wrong understanding of the situation of foreign markets,there are such risks in the process of overseas investment.The road of overseas investment is not smooth sailing,opportunities are accompanied by risks,and there are successes and failures,compared to the West.The risk of overseas investment in the developed countries is still in the primary stage,so the research on the risk of overseas investment is an indispensable step for the overseas development of the enterprise.Based on this,this article takes the Haier group,which carries out the early overseas investment activities as the research object,and divides the overseas investment activities of the Haier group.To analyze the risk factors and put forward some suggestions.First of all,this paper studies and reviews the related literature on risk and management of overseas investment and overseas investment at home and abroad,and further expounds the theory of overseas investment risk.On the basis of understanding the literature and theory,it introduces the background of this research object Haier company,mainly including its operation situation and the sea.The development process and the current situation of overseas investment are several aspects.Through the theoretical foundation of the above chapters,this article begins with the collection of financial data and related information,using the qualitative and quantitative analysis method and the financial statement analysis method to analyze the overseas investment of Haier in recent years,and find the risk factors that exist in the process of overseas investment.The reasons for its formation are analyzed,and finally some suggestions are put forward for its risks.
