higher-level agricultural international cooperation policies and system designs.In this context,it is extremely important to study the factors that influence the development of international agricultural demonstration zones.This article takes Lianyungang Agricultural International Cooperation Demonstration Zone as an example,and takes the development status of the demonstration zone as a base point to study the factors that affect the long-term development of the demonstration zone,and proposes targeted countermeasures.Extensive research on domestic and foreign scholars’ research on the “Belt and Road” international cooperation,China ’s participation in the “Belt and Road” agricultural international cooperation,research on the factors affecting the development of agricultural international cooperation demonstration zones,and research on the construction of parks along the “Belt and Road” Later,combining the new public service theory proposed by Professor Denhards and Williamson’s transaction cost theory,the practical basis of establishing and developing the Lianyungang Agricultural International Cooperation Demonstration Zone was explained from the government and market levels.The “Belt and Road” strategy has strengthened agricultural cooperation between China and the countries along the route,opened a new situation in global agricultural cooperation,and Silk Road",Lianyungang has a unique geographical location,superior climatic conditions and landform types.In this environment,field investigations were made on the development of parks,business operations,and government platforms in the Lianyungang Agricultural International Cooperation Demonstration Zone,and the background and significance of the establishment of the Lianyungang Demonstration Zone for a long time.According to the analysis of the survey results,a more comprehensive and systematic understanding of the factors required for the development of the demonstration
