Research On China’s PPP International Cooperation Strategy Under The“Belt And Road” Initiative

Along with the slow recovery of the global economy,the international situation has gradually moved toward multi-polarization,peace and development have become the theme of the times.More and more countries and regions adopt the model of government and social capital cooperation to promote the improvement of public projects and stimulate the development of the national economy.Under the guidance of the “Belt and Road” cooperation initiative and the “going out” strategy,China continues to enrich and expand the cooperation and cooperation areas of the PPP model.Adhering to the "win-win" cooperation philosophy,the Chinese government and enterprises have actively strengthened cooperation with other countries,regions and international organizations in the field of PPP,injecting the vitality of private capital,promoting regional economic recovery,enriching and innovating global governance concepts,and further promoting the global " The development process of good governance.Based on global governance theory,public product theory and transaction cost theory,this paper collects and collates China PPP international cooperation data,and uses social network analysis tools to establish China PPP international cooperation network and China PPP international cooperation network along the “Belt and Road” countries.By analysing the number of cooperation,cooperation partners and cooperation areas,we will further clarify the current status of China’s PPP international cooperation.Based on the current level of country cooperation and the status of PPI investment,this paper constructs China’s PPP international cooperation model,and divides the cooperation mode into four types,namely,closely expanding,strengthening cooperation,expanding demand and actively encouraging,so as to facilitate classification and discussion of the future.China’s cooperation with other countries and regions in the field of PPPs.This paper screens out the cooperation data between China and the countries along the “Belt and Road”,and collects the national cooperation level and investment status of the countries along the “Belt and Road”,and maps the countries along the line to the cooperation model to verify the correctness of the cooperation model.Provide scientific and effective advice for China’s in-depth cooperation in the PPP international market.This paper uses the method of quantitative analysis to provide a more scientific research basis for China’s PPP international cooperation analysis.Matching the cooperative countries according to the cooperation model helps to clarify the current status of cooperation and provide targeted cooperation suggestions.At present,China should further broaden the field of PPP international cooperation,take the international belt along the “Belt and Road” as the main axis,gradually penetrate from the infrastructure field to other fields,and strengthen dialogue and exchanges with developed countries,drawing on the developed countries’ PPP legislation and PPP.Experience in project management and other aspects.China’s international cooperation in the field of PPP should be at a higher position,providing a "China program" to promote the “Belt and Road” cooperation initiative and contributing "Chinese wisdom."...
