Chinese agriculture is in the process of transforming and upgrading from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.Improving the quality of farmers and cultivating new types of professional farmers that meet the needs of modern agriculture are important measures to solve the problem of the slow development of agricultural productivity.However,the long-term urban and rural differences and regional differences have induced rural young and middle-aged labor to continue to flow to urban areas and non-agricultural industries,which has led to the aging of rural labor and the relative scarcity of agricultural human resources.Therefore,attaching importance to agricultural technology training for rural areas and improving farmers 'cognition and skills will help promote the promotion and adoption of technologies,optimize the allocation of agricultural resources,and thus improve farmers' operating conditions and income.To this end,this article takes the human capital theory as a guide and takes apple households as an example to analyze the mechanism and main factors of agricultural technology training affecting the income of apple households.Based on a review of relevant cutting-edge and progressive literature,this paper uses research methods based on normative analysis to analyze the impact of agricultural technology training on apple household income and its mechanism;Using 681 survey data from apple growers in major apple producing areas to analyze the direct impact of Apple households' participation in agricultural technology training decision-making,the intensity of technical training,and the various aspects of technical training on their income,as well as the indirect effects of Apple households' participation in technical training decision-making and the intensity of technical training on their income.The main research content and chapter arrangement planning of this article are as follows: The first part is the first chapter.Focusing on the impact of the lack of human capital in rural areas on agriculture and farmers' income.Based on the review and evaluation of relevant domestic and foreign research literature on farmer training and training performance.The second part is the second chapter.Based on the definition of the concepts related to apple farming,agricultural technology training,and agricultural factor input,the research hypothesis of direct and indirect impacts of agricultural technical training on farmers' income is proposed to provide a theoretical basis for the empirical analysis results later.The third part is the content of the third chapter,using descriptive statistical methods to analyze the basic situation of Apple households and the status of training and find problems.The fourth part is the empirical part,including the fourth and fifth chapters.The field research data is used to establish a model,and the empirical analysis method is used to verify and test the research hypothesis proposed in the previous article.The fifth part is the sixth chapter.According to the previous research,we found the problems and put forward targeted policies and suggestions.The main research conclusions of this article are as follows:(1)Agricultural technology training has significantly promoted the growth of apple household income.Whether participating in technical training decision-making or training intensity,it has significantly increased Apple household income.This article aims at the obvious overestimation of traditional regression methods in assessing the net effect of technical training on income.Under the control of sample selection and endogenous problem control,research proves that technical training still significantly promotes the income of Apple households.(2)All aspects of agricultural technology training have a significant effect on the income of apple households.In terms of pre-training sessions,the number of years of Apple users participating in technical training and the initiative to receive training can significantly increase the income of Apple users.The educational level of technicians has a positive impact on the income of Apple users,but not significantly.In terms of training,,Apple households 'proficiency in training content can significantly increase their agricultural income;in terms of post-training sessions,Apple households' adoption of technology and timely consultation with technicians after encountering difficulties can significantly increase Apple household income.(3)In addition to the effect of agricultural technology training directly on the income of apple households,it can also indirectly affect the income of apple households by affecting the optimization of the structure of factor inputs.The factor inputs play an intermediary role in the path of "agricultural technology training--optimization of the structure of factor inputs--apple household income".In the land investment,the land transfer area has a mediating effect on the impact of apple households' participation in technical training decisions on their income;whether land transfer and the transfer area has a mediating effect on the impact of farmers' technical training intensity on their apple planting income.In labor input,whether or not employees are employed and the total number of employees have a mediating effect on the impact of Apple households' participation in technical training decisions and training intensity on their apple planting income.But fruit tree pruning is a technology-intensive link,and capital investment has no mediating effect on the impact of technical training on its apple planting income.According to the conclusions of the study,this article puts forward suggestions in terms of increasing the intensity and breadth of farmers' training,attaching importance to the cultivation of farmers' training markets,focusing on the innovation of training models and optimizing the schedule,improving the scientific and technological training system and incentive and restraint mechanisms for the people,and refining the land transfer system.
