Research On The Improvement Of Quality Management System In Company A

Company A is a large refrigerated container production enterprises,currently facing a severe market situation at home and abroad,has achieved ISO9001 quality system certification,but due to the lack of continuous improvement,the operation effect is not obvious,there are many problems,the unqualified rate of products is still relatively high.This article first briefly introduces the background and significance of the research,the research status at home and abroad,and the contents and research methods of this paper.Secondly,the present situation of the quality management system of company A is introduced,including the basic situation of the company,the composition of organization structure,procedure,process and resources in the quality management system,the problems in the operation of the quality management system,and the analysis of the deep reasons of the problem.Then,the improvement measures of the quality management system are formulated,and the comprehensive and systematic improvement measures for the quality management system of company A are put forward from the 4 aspects of the structure,procedure,process and resources of company A.Finally,by using the steps of PDCA,the process of the improvement is made clear,and the details of "determining the implementation principle,setting up a leading group and improving the responsibility division,organizing quality education and training,improving the quality management system document,organizing the improvement effect of internal audit verification,and summarizing and adjusting the management review of group weaving" are put forward,so as to ensure the effective implementation of the improvement measures.The research results in this paper can provide some reference for the improvement of the quality management system of other manufacturing enterprises.
