Then the related improvement has been made through the quality management theory and methods, together with the considering the specific situation of the company. Because of the importance of statistic technology in the quality management, the chapter 5 addresses the application of statistic technology in the process of the production manufacturing, the evaluation and choosing of suppliers, evaluation of satisfaction of customers.Finally, through the study, the paper will get the following goals, that is, make the quality management system in Foton Lovol Group perfect, enhance the quality management level in the company, become more competitive in the world, realize the strategic goals of high quality, low cost and globalization.
