The development of Halal Food industry had caught eyes of all walks of life.have been spreading from the Northwest Region of China to all over the country,even into international market.The industry of Halal Food met its summit of prosperity.Yet then produced a disrespect for Halal Food customs,which is defiled and desecrated of Halal Food people and their faith.Therefore,the supervision and management of Halal Food are related to national unity,social stability,economic development,and many other important aspects with highly political and sensitive.Based on the background of Halal Food safety supervision in Ningxia,and through market survey of the Ningxia Halal Food Supervision,this article found that the fake Halal Food not only impacts on the orderly development of the Halal Food industry,but also worsens the ethnic relations and social harmony.The main reason is the regulatory lag of Halal Food.Hence,to strengthen and improve the supervision and management of Halal Food,protect the safety of Halal Food,contribute to the economic growth in ethnic areas,promote the national legal system construction,and upgrade the safety supervision of Halal Food in Ningxia.
