With the development of technology,especially the update of internet,it makes the finance industry be complexity and diversity.Based on this background,state-owned banks are confronting the great challenge that has never been.One the one hand,a great many of foreign banks are coming into China for the market share with the good domestic situation.Lots of excellent stuffs are attracted into the foreign enterprise by the remuneration,such as high salary,humane training,occupation development etc.which is against the core-competence of state-owned banks.On the other hand,with the quickly and continuously update of internet technology,many internet finance emerged,such as Yu Ebao,P2 P ect.They attract more and more clients by higher deposit rates,convenient payment method.Which make the great losses to the state-owned banks.Therefore,Chinese commercial banks have to speed up the reform and innovation in order to adjust to such complicated conditions.In such a complex situation,the cultivation of high-quality team has become the foundation of the bank.As a member of the banks,H bank plays an important role in the allocation of regional resources and the promotion of regional economic development.The urgency of its staff training has gradually become prominent.However,H Bank still has some disadvantages in training,which mainly focus that enterprise transformation can't keep up with counter clerk training needs;paying more attention on counter clerk training skills while overlooking management and culture;the inadequate training system and security system,imperfect rewards standard,without long term performance assessment etc.Therefore,it is particularly significant to analyze the training needs of the counter clerk and design & draw up the training plan and organize &estimate the training.In this study,training and related theory as a guide,through the analysis of the current situation of H bank training,the disadvantages in training of H bank in the aspect of counterclerk training needs,training content,training appraisal and training guarantee were pointed out.Based on the drawbacks of H Bank training,development strategy,and ISO10015 International Training Standard,this thesis applied theoretical research and experimental analysis,interviews and documents research,took the counter clerk training needs as the guideline,adhere to four principles of strategy,motivation,utility and long-term.Subsequently,this thesis put forward the diverse training plan.In the content,the design of H bank training content was completed.On the process,the preparatory work and organizational management were refined.In the aspect of assessment,preparatory assessment,process assessment,effectiveness assessment,management assessment and benifit assessment were carried out.In the practice,the mobilization of training system practice was implemented.The organization and coordination work were completed.Meanwhile,the training was brought into the examination system.For the safeguard,the construction of learning organization and informatization supporting were reinforced.In the end,it would develop the distinctive training system according to H bank,improve the counter clerk's overall quality,boost the sustainable development of the H bank.The paper can be a reference for the companies to carry out their employee training system.
