In the era of globalization of knowledge-based economy,the competition among enterprises is in the final analysis the competition of human resources.Companies have tried different methods to train employees,for enhancing the overall quality of employees.Training has become the most significant investment in companies.Although companies are aware of the importance of training in terms of concepts,they often lack series of scientific systems to guide the training proceed smoothly.How to establish a scientific and effective training system to achieve the expected results and improve enterprises’ core competitiveness has become particularly important.This paper choose the local company which named Guiyang HCB Company as research object,with the guidance of training management theory,starting from the actual situation of the company,using the methods of literature analysis,theoretical and practical research,questionnaire survey and system analysis,to conduct a systematic analysis and research on the implementation of the company’s training,try to find out the existing problems and causes in current training,and emphasize the urgency of optimizing the training system of the company.Constituting a circulation system which based on the training theory and combined with the company’s actual situation,then building a scientific training system,which including the demands analysis,program design,implementation,training effect evaluation,to make the training strategy do a better serve in the development of the company and improve the employees’ requirement in career planning to achieve a win-win situation in companies and employees.This paper also from the different ways such as construction management system,strengthen the construction of organization,training to create a training culture,increasing the founds investment,put forward the safeguard measures of the implementation of the company’s training system,improve the employee occupation career management mechanism,internal trainer team,to ensure the company training work carried out in an orderly manner and improve the competitive ability of the company.The construction of this training system in this paper is combined with the actual situation in Guiyang HCB Company proposed,has certain pertinence and operability,which will help to solve the existing training problems of the company.At the same time,to give a reference to the same type of enterprise through the optimization and design of the company training system. |
