With the development of science and technology, online training in enterprises has been increasingly popular in the arrival of knowledge-based economy, but there are also some problems when conducting online training. Many companies can't develop a comprehensive understanding of online training. They conduct online under the traditional model, and fail to give careful consideration to the training activities and network environment. Many researchers only study the phenomenon of web when they study enterprise online training, and equate enterprise online training with web-based course. In fact, enterprise online training should integrate training activities with e-learning effectively. It is necessary to use traditional training methods of analysis to determine training needs, goals and plans, but also necessary to consider the rich learning content and personalized learning environment provided by the network.The important reason for companies to conduct online training is that the online training can provide higher efficiency and lower cost for companies. Companies not only want to decrease their training cost, but also want to improve the effectiveness of training by online training. So, the online training processes should be guided by the standards of training quality management, making all aspects of training had regulations to abide by. The main contents of this article are as follows:The first part introduces the background of this study, the status of enterprise online training. At the same time, the first part identifies some problems and makes recommendations.The second part analyzes the domestic and foreign definition of enterprise online training, and defines the concept in this paper.The third part details the foundation of enterprise online training model based on ISO1005, focusing on the analysis of training cycle in ISO10015 and the e-learning process. Comparing both the functional structure of training cycle and e-learning process, this part finds the common ground and sets up online training model. In this model, ISO 10015, e-learning standards and four-level evaluation method of Kirkpatrick are used to guide the design of enterprise online training process.The furth part expounds the design of enterprise online training process based on ISO 10015, in which the need analysis, program planning and monitoring stages of enterprise online training are guided by ISO10015, online training course and online training platform design of enterprise online training are guided by SCORM standard, and the assessment of enterprise online training is guided by four-level evaluation method of Kirkpatrick.The fifth part describes the implementation of "SCORM Training" for the web-based courses developers, including the details of needs analysis, program planning, curriculum designing, platform application and assessment for online training.The sixth part concludes the paper by pointing out the weaknesses in this paper and outlining areas for further research.
