Time changes and history passes.With the globalization of the economy,all works of life are changing with each passing day,with the fierce competition among industries.The key to maintain competitiveness is to innovate.Now,with the rapid development of IT(Information Technology),it also provides a better platform for enterprises innovation.For example,may enterprises domestic and abroad have realized electronic information management in enterprise resource planning(ERP),customer relationship management(CRM),and human resource management(HR).As a very critical link in the economic management of enterprises,contract management is one of the important ways for enterprises to operate and maintain their legitimate rights and interests.The quality of enterprise contract management is directly linked to the economic benefits of enterprises,and it is also one of the criteria for evaluating the competitiveness of enterprises in the market.In the past,the traditional contract management was to use hand-made contract texts,and local paper preservation,which lacks of non-standard terms of approval process,not to mention the management of contracts was extensive.The contract management information system realizes the automatic creation of contracts,clause approval,version control,electronic contract preservation and so on.The contract management personnel and the staff of the Legal Department gradually liberated from the simple workability and transactionality of the past,from simple functional services to corporate strategic roles,paying more attention to the impact of the contractual template of enterprise standardization,domestic and international laws as well as regulations for contracts.Simultaneously,customer relationship management has been further improved.In this context,this paper focuses on project scope and time management through research on project management related theories.Combined with the characteristics of the software information system development itself,the advantages of the Agile implementation methodand and the actual situation of the UP project,the scope and time management methods in the project management process are analyzed in detail.For example,in the requirement analysis of the project scope,brainstorm meeting,nominal group method and workshop are adopted to analyze and define the overall needs of the project;the WBS of top-down is used in the scope decomposition;Requirements change log lists and change reports are defined to manage UP project scope changes.in the schedule planning and schedule control,yy using the method of expert estimation and analogy method,the time of the activity task is estimated;The critical path and gantt diagram are derived from the project network diagram;Via iteration management,the progress management is accurate to each iteration cycle.Through the implementation and management of the project,the company’s existing contract management business process was sorted out and the contract management was automated.After the study of this paper,compared with the traditional waterfall model development method,Agile implementation method can provide quick and effective feedback on changes in demand.It allows customers to see software models in a short period of time,and reduce the risk of information system software implementation.Combine the implementation methodology of Agile method in software information system project development with scope management and time management in the nine core functions of project management,and establish a lightweight software project scope that can effectively support software information system development iteration and time management process.This process is of theoretical and practical significance.It is also a new project management practice that PMBOK is trying and exploring.
