| In the modern enterprise operation and management process,project management plays the important role and has been widely used at various industry area.For IT companies,such as GIS Company,high-tech development not only brought the rapid change at the technology area but also raised the standards of customer satification about the project management criterion.How to select the appropriate project management model in the product development process and how to complete the durability Delivery has become a particularly important goal for IT service strategy.In recent years,with the introduction of new software development methods such as Agile,the new project management model is widely investigated and used.Based on the in-depth analysis of GIS Company’s project management model transformation,this paper summary the issues they met during the transformation and propose the corresponding solution.The purpose is to help GIS Company to implement the agile project management model smoothly and maximize the business value.Based on the concept of IT project management model,this paper analyzes the research status of IT project management models at home and abroad.It lays a theoretical foundation for the further research of GIS Company’s project management model transformation.Among them,the Waterfall model,which is GIS Company’s current used model,and the Scrum development based agile model,which is GIS Company’s perferred model,is mainly introducted and compared.Then,according to the first attempt by GIS Company to apply the effect of agile project management,the author of this paper take the new model to the SOPP project.The project team members’ feedback was collected through interviews and questionnaires,and the key factors of each project development cycle were analyzed according to the survey results.By analyzing the criticality with the weighted factor,the key factors of each project cycle are identified and then four shortcomings of SOPP agile project management are obtained.It includes the Agile management system is imperfect,the project members loss the necessory capability to meet agile needs,demand change process is useless,cross-regional project team communication is poor.According to the former study,under GIS company’s support,this paper puts forward some improvement plans,which mainly includes improving the agile project management system and assessment mechanism,strengthening the enterprise staff development route,introducing agile project management software to improve the time management and delivery quality management,invoving the authority managment to strengthen the change approval,optimizing the communication channels to improve cross-regional cooperation.Then,the proposal has been utilized at the SOPP project and got the good achievement.It also brings the reference value to GIS Company’s agile model promotion plan.Through the analysis of theory and example,this paper draws the conclusion.In the implementation of agile project management mode,the project members should be fully trained and assigned appropriate roles,improve the team communication channels and select the appropriate project management tools.Project members should also improve their capability that not only focus on a single area but also cover the changeable project role’s need.It is expected to provide reference for the research of IT enterprise project management model change,and to improve the author’s professional level of project management. |
