Harbin-Beer Branch launched Sharp-Ops information project in 2012,to promote human administration level to match Global Template Human Resource standardized model.The first phase of Harbin-Beer Sharp-Ops information project,there was difference between GT standardized model and localization business,neglect in oversight of the project management during the implementation process.The result of requirement research was not clear and the boundary of project scope was fuzzy,in the blueprint design and implementation stage.That leaded to much repeatedly procedure to confirmation of blueprint result and implementation of system function.Made huge waste of consultant man day.Delayed the project delivery time about one month.Project had great deviation in cost and schedule.Based on these problems,author intends to study Harbin-Beer Branch Sharp-Ops information roll-out project,find solutions based on project scope and time management knowledge elements.The author analyzed the problems and scenarios about scope and time management.For the scope problems,author chosen scope management procedure as solution: initiation,scope planning,scope definition,scope verification and scope change control.For the time problems,first got the time-progress plan with reference significance,second refined management and control in project progress plan by man day cost and time schedule.Author hopes through study of the AB-INBEV SHARP-OPS INFORMATION SYSTEM PROJECT,provide a reference case for enterprise information project implementation by the perspective of project scope and time management. |
