| After years of rapid development,China's processing trade has become an important part of China's foreign trade.With the rapid development of China's international trade,modern logistics has developed a very important branch that meets the needs of The Times-bonded logistics,which plays an increasingly prominent role and gradually becomes a major mode of logistics operation in China.In addition,the state encourages foreign trade and introduces favorable policies,which stimulate the rapid growth of foreign trade,and all kinds of requirements in the international logistics operation are constantly increasing,so the problems restricting the development of bonded logistics are becoming more and more prominent.Bonded logistics is the link between domestic logistics and international logistics.Its development trend will change from management to service.In addition,with the intensification of competition and the pursuit of operational efficiency,manufacturing enterprises seek professional third-party logistics companies for inventory management,so as to ensure that they focus on the main business to improve their core competitiveness.Many processing and manufacturing enterprises are registered in the special customs supervision zone to carry out processing trade,and the zone is equipped with third-party bonded logistics companies to carry out bonded warehousing,distribution,international trade and other businesses.The third-party bonded logistics enterprises can not only realize the temporary exemption of goods from tax,but also cooperate with suppliers and manufacturers to provide VMI services,which is conducive to improving the operation efficiency and quality of enterprises in the whole supply chain and accelerating the development of foreign trade.The purpose of this paper is to study the operation of VMI under the operation of bonded logistics from the perspective of a third-party logistics company in the bonded area.The research results will provide guidance for improving the efficiency and benefit of the company's operation.Based on previous studies,the concept and characteristics of bonded logistics and supplier inventory management(VMI)strategy are presented in this paper.Secondly,bonded logistics corporation with A VMI operation as the research object,introduces in detail the company operation process of each link,through their own work experience,communication with colleagues and follow tracking each business practice,analyze operating situation,find out the company A bonded logistics VMI operation problems that exist in the points,and analyze the causes.Finally,theory combined with practice,put forward proposals to improve A VMI corporation,improving scheme mainly from four aspects,one is for customs clearance for more convenient way of centralized declaration for customs clearance,etc.,the second is to improve the internal management coordination,three ascension information technology support,A more intelligent information controls,four resource sharing,to strive for and customer the company sufficient information to ensure operation more predictable.After the implementation of the improvement proposal,the operation level has been improved.The mode of electronic declaration and distribution and collection of customs declaration effectively improves the timeliness of customs clearance,meanwhile reduces the operation cost.Information technology such as radio frequency technology and customer service robot can be used to effectively improve operation efficiency and quality. |
