Human resource,as the first resource of enterprise development,is the core of human resource management.As an important step of human resource management,personnel allocation plays a vital role in human resource management and even in the developing process of the whole enterprise.DT industry is an important component of urban transportation.With the rapid development in recent years,the problem of personnel allocation is more prominent,because service quality and total wages are important indicators for relevant superior units to assess DT Corporation,as well as important factors to evaluate the operation of the company.Facing the huge scale of personnel,how to scientifically allocate human resources,reducing labor costs and improving service quality are particularly important.Station staff work as the frontline of the DT industry,and they cover a larger proportion.Thus the allocation of station personnel plays a pivotal role in the DT company's fast expansion.This thesis takes the Chengdu DT Corporation for an example.Through document analysis method,theory and practice analysis method,investigation method and other methods,to optimize the company station personnel allocation.Firstly,the research methods of this thesis are determined by collecting relevant research of personnel allocation at home and abroad,while consulting theories of personnel allocation at the same time.Secondly,according to the current company's station staff allocation,combined with a questionnaire and in-depth interview,this thesis analyzes the problems in personnel quantity and the quality of station personnel allocation.Finally,The measures of optimizing the quantity and quality of personnel allocation are put forward,and the guarantee measures of optimizing personnel allocation are proposed based on the company's practices.Through the implementation of some measures in the early stage,it has achieved good results in reducing the personnel allocation and controlling the total employment,which has certain reference significance for the company and similar enterprises.
