With the development of economy,the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce,which also contains opportunities and challenges.If enterprises want to seize opportunities and better cope with challenges without being eliminated by competition,talent guarantee is fundamental,so more and more enterprises are beginning to pay attention to employee training.However,in order to achieve continuous and effective training and improve the overall quality and ability of employees,It is necessary to build a scientific and systematic,appropriate and effective employee training system.The company A is a gas enterprise,which has been established for eight years.At present,its profitability is restricted,and its internal management level is also limited.In order to further develop the market,improve the efficiency and competitiveness,we need excellent talents to guarantee,so employee training is very important.However,at present,the company's training effect is not obvious.Combining with the company's current situation,building a set of appropriate and effective employee training system as soon as possible plays an irreplaceable role in solving the existing problems,improving the efficiency,competitiveness and management level,and ensuring the long-term stable development of the company.According to the actual situation of company A,on the basis of a comprehensive understanding of the company's current human resource development situation,this paper conducts research and analysis on the current employee training situation of the company through interviews and questionnaires,and finds out the existing problems in the training and the corresponding causes.Then,according to the actual situation,this paper builds a training organization system with the employee training leading group as the core;a training process system covering four links:training demand analysis,training plan formulation,training organization implementation and management,training effect evaluation and feedback;a separately customized training course system based on post;a training lecturer system dominated byinternal lecturers and supplemented by external recruitment;a training evaluation system centered on the four-level evaluation model of Kirkpatrick.These five module systems constitute the employee training system of company A.Finally,it also puts forward the necessary safeguard measures from the three aspects of system,funds and culture.This paper includes six chapters.In the process of analysis and research,it mainly uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method.Combing theory and practice of company A,the paper builds a employee training system for company A and expects to improve employee training work,increase working ability and overall quality of employees,eventually improve company's efficiency and management level,make contribution for the improvement of competitiveness and further development of company.What needs to be clear is that the training system is not fixed,but a dynamic and open system,which must be adjusted and revised in time according to the development of company,so as to better meet the continuously developmental needs of company and employees and play its maximum potential and role.At the same time,the employee training system constructed by combining theoretical research with pratice in this paper is relatively scientific,systematic,appropriate and effective for company A,which is in line with the company's strategic development needs.It is hoped that it can provide reference for the construction of the same type of enterprises' training system.
