21Century is an important stage and node in the transformation from "capital economy" to "knowledge-based economy".Enterprises are facing more and more fierce competition in knowledge.As the driving force and carrier of knowledge,high-quality talents have gradually become an important resource for enterprises to compete for.Although China’s small and medium-sized private enterprises have policy support,they are also facing complex and changeable competition,which has gradually turned into the competition of talent capital.To improve the core competitiveness of small and medium-sized private enterprises and obtain the core driving force of sustainable development,it is necessary to improve the quality of employees and keep up with the development needs of the times through staff training.Relying on the high-speed development of environmental protection industry for many years,Lianqing has successfully crossed the primary growth stage of the enterprise and become an influential domestic supplier of analytical instruments.Nowadays,the development of enterprises is also facing extensive and intense internal and external challenges.Market development strategy,marketing strategy and means,service mode and service level are in urgent need of improvement and upgrading.Getting rid of its own obstacles and gaining effective competitive power and sustainable development power is an important development strategy of the company.Improving the level of human resources management is an important means to achieve this strategy.It is an urgent problem for the company to cultivate talents with high knowledge,high skills and innovative ability.The original simple,unsystematic and unsystematic training has fallen far behind the development needs,so it is necessary to build a clear and targeted training system for company employees.This paper takes Lianqing Company’s training system as the research object,studies and summarizes the domestic and foreign literature on staff training of small and medium-sized private enterprises,extracts the relevant theories of staff training of small and medium-sized private enterprises in line with China’s national conditions;obtains the data of staff training status of Lianqing Company by using questionnaires,carries on the analysis and research;combines multi-level and multi-angle personal interviews,carefully and thoroughly investigates Lianqing Company human resources status quo,find out the problems in Lianqing Company staff training system,and excavate the most real reasons behind these problems.Then,according to the principles of strategy,systematicness,dynamics and sustainability,through strict training needs analysis,a set of efficient staff training system is designed and constructed to enable the company to carry out training work in an orderly and systematic manner,comprehensively improve staff’s knowledge and skills,overall quality,managerial level and innovation ability,build a high-quality staff team,and further improve the Core competitiveness of enterprise.I also hope that through my own research,I can provide some references for the majority of small and medium-sized private enterprises in the construction of training system,clear some obstacles in the process of transformation and development of small and medium-sized private enterprises,make them smoothly obtain the strong driving force of sustainable development,and contribute to the theoretical research of staff training system.
