Research On Cost Control Of NK Furniture Company Based On Lean Production

At present,China's furniture industry is in a fiercely competitive market environment dominated by buyers.The variety of furniture products is diversified,the life cycle of products is shortened,the requirements for product quality,service and delivery time are getting higher and higher,and the price war in the furniture industry is on the rise.Facing the above market situation,it is imperative for the transformation and upgrading of furniture enterprises to take the road of intensive development,and the cost control problem has become a difficult problem in the development and upgrading of enterprises.Based on this,this paper selects NK Furniture Company of Nankang District,Ganzhou City,Jiangxi Province as the research object,draws on the relevant theories of cost control and domestic and foreign research results,and uses literature review,field observation,in-depth interview and case analysis under the guidance of lean production theory.The research method comprehensively analyzes the problems and causes of the production cost control of NK Furniture Company,and proposes countermeasures.The research found that: NK furniture company has not only shallow level problems such as imperfect management system,imperfect function and more waste in the production process,but also deep level problems such as backward cost control concept and means,backward organization structure adjustment and insufficient professional management personnel.NK Company relies too much on mass production and high inventory in its operations.It is difficult to make breakthroughs in the transformation and upgrading of products in diversified production,product quality improvement and product inventory reduction.Production cost control is one of the bottlenecks.To this end,the author uses lean production theory to improve the production cost control of NK Company,realizes multi-variety production,pull production and low inventory by constructing production cost control management system,perfecting production cost control function system,eliminating various wastes in production process.The goal ofeffectively controlling production costs under conditions.This paper aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for NK Furniture's cost control in the new market environment.The research results can also provide reference for other furniture companies in the region to promote the transformation and upgrading of industrial enterprises.
