With the continuous deepening of the globalization trend,the demand for resources in the global configuration has become increasingly strong.How to make the financial management more effective is becoming an important issue for multinational corporations.The financial sharing service model,as a new type of financial management model,has received the favor of large enterprises in China in recent years,and more and more large-scale enterprises have begun to implement financial sharing.The Financial Shared Service Center,through the integration of the standardized and highly repeatable financial accounting business of the finance business departments of the branches and subsidiaries,then establishes a relatively independent new business unit with a special management organization,through the accounting basic accounting,staff expense approval,and fund collection and payment are handled in a centralized manner.Real-time monitoring of report analysis,budget performance,etc.is carried out.With strong information technology,the company's processes are optimized and transformed to change the traditional financial management model.Reduce the operating costs of enterprises,improve the efficiency of financial management,and enhance the overall strength of enterprises.After many years of development abroad,the financial sharing service model has achieved certain research results.However,at home,our research on the financial sharing service model is in its infancy,and the specific application research of this model is not mature enough.It is necessary to study the development status and development prospects of the financial sharing service model in China.This article adopts a normative research method,This article adopts a normative research method based on the theory of financial shared service models,selects Qingdao Haier and Sichuan Changhong,which are more mature in the field of financial sharing service model,to conduct case studies,and introduces the construction plan and construction process of Qingdao Haier and Sichuan Changhong Financial Sharing Service Center,respectively,Detailed analysis of its effectiveness in improving enterprise operating efficiency,reducing corporate management costs,and avoiding operating risks,etc.and extracts the key construction points.Through the design of financial management performance indicators,Haier and Changhong demonstrated the impact on the financial management through the implementation of financial sharing service model and the benefits for the company.This article focuses on the key points of the construction of Haier and Changhong Financial Shared Service Center,and then summarizes the successful experience of Haier and Changhong in the implementation of financial sharing service model and promotes it,We will provide suggestions for companies that will be or are establishing financial service centers in China,from site selection,rational design of the organizational structure of the financial services center,rational integration of resources to setting standards,rational construction of information systems,and personnel training.We hope to provide certain reference for our enterprises.Finally,the future of China's financial sharing service model is given a perspective.
