Study On The Mathematical Measurement And Effective Implementation Model Of Spatial Justice Of Logistics Facilities Layout In Guilin City

Logistics facilities are the basis for the existence and development of the logistics industry,the guarantee of the normal operation of the logistics activities,and also a hardware support for reducing the cost of logistics and improving the quality of logistics services.Logistics facilities are responsible for social production and commodity circulation and are a key element of urban circulation,business environment and competitiveness.As the first batch of China's first service industry comprehensive reform pilot area and the important transportation hub city in Southwest China,the service industry in the city of Guilin is highly developed,the production and living logistics are growing rapidly,and the tourism logistics is in the ascendant.Logistics service industry has become an important area of economic development and improvement of people's life in Guilin city.However,the incentive effect of rapid growth,the layout of logistics facilities tends to be in favor of logistics service providers,not enough attention to the interest demands of the residents and consumers and the long-term survival form,and the repeated waste of logistics service facilities caused by the fragmentation,all of which are the unjust aspects of the distribution of logistics facilities.Based on the above realistic background,this paper introduces the concept of space justice in the field of philosophy and sociology,and study on the spatial justice of the layout of the logistics facilities in Guilin city,in order to promote the good development of the logistics industry.The main contents of this paper can be divided into four parts.First,on the basis of consulting and combing the existing domestic and foreign documents about the distribution of logistics facilities,as well as the related concepts and theoretical knowledge of logistics facilities and Space justice,this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of the logistics industry and the distribution of logistics facilities in Guilin city,anchoring the problems of the spatial injustice in the layout of the logistics of the city in Guilin.Second,the mathematical metrics of the layout of the spatial justice of logistics facilities in Guilin city were calculated from the perspective of the benefits of space economy at the level of government and logistics companies and the space social rights at the level of residents and consumers.Third,based on the results of mathematical measurement,an effective realization mode of spatial justice of the layout of logistics facilities in Guilin city is established,that is,the mechanism of interest sharing between the three parties of the government,the logistics enterprise and the public and the balance mechanism of economic benefit and social benefit.Fourth,according to the mode of spatial justice of logistics facilities layout in Guilin city,we put forward corresponding policies and suggestions.The main innovation of this paper is to introduce the concept of space justice in the field of philosophy and sociology,combine the concept of logistics facilities and space justice,and define the connotation of spatial justice of logistics facilities layout.Taking the layout of logistics facilities in Guilin city as the research object,the spatial justice of the distribution of logistics facilities is measured by the mathematical measure.In view of the different stakeholders of the government,logistics enterprises,residents and logistics service consumers,the spatial justice of logistics facilities layout in Guilin city is empirically studied from the spatial economic interests of the logistics facilities and the space social rights and interest protection dimensions of the relevant stakeholders.Through the study of the spatial justice of the layout of the logistics facilities in Guilin city,the interests of the three parties of the government,the logistics enterprises and the public can be shared and the balance between the economic benefits and the social benefits,reference samples of logistics elements is provided for sustainable development of Guilin city.
