Manufacturing Enterprise Production Logistics Facilities Layout And Evaluation Research

Recently, along with the development of economy and the globalization of competition, China’s manufacturing enterprises are facing more and more competition. The layout of workshop facility is crucial for logistics, information flow, production capacity, production efficiency, production cost and production safety of entire production system,especially in saving material handling cost, shortening production cycle,and speeding up the production flow and capital turnover. Thus, for the sake of improving the whole function of the production system and realizing modern management and advanced production mode, there is a necessity to design excellent facilities layout.Based on the principle of system layout design(SLP), this study takes the XX motorcycle enterprises new plant layout design for example and employs the interactive diagram of logistics analysis and operation department to study the relationship between the relationship of logistics and the non-logistics thus forming comprehensive relationship diagram. Besides, evaluation index system of the production workshop facility layout is established based on research status of facility layout evaluation and characteristics of manufacturing enterprises by using factor evaluation method from the point of logistics efficiency, space utilization and management convenience etc. Eventually, choose intuitionistic fuzzy evaluation method to complete the comprehensive evaluation of workshop facility layout is summarized.This paper establishes the comprehensive evaluation index of workshop facility layout in comply with the requirements of the modern manufacturing. This evaluation results are significant in identifying the efficiency of current facility layout and pointing out the improvement direction. This study also attempts to provide reference significance to other similar evaluation studies.
