Study On Layout Planning Of Logistics Facilities In Airport Logistics Park

With the further development of economic globalization and adjustment of the global industrial structure,air transport has become the main economic booster,which is following shipping,river,railway and highway transport,and the demand of air freigh has increased sharply,at the same time,it is also a new challenge to the quantity and quality demand of traditional airport.As a integrated service base,airport logistics park can be able to provide comprehensive logistics function,which has been poapular around the hub airports,and it has achieved vigorous development.However,due to logistics facilities layout planning of airport logistics park is still in its infancy in China,relevant theories and practical experience are relatively scarce,which lead to lack of sufficient theoretical guidance and experience for reference.In addition,logistics facilities layout planning of airport logistics park is a large project,if the layout planning is unreasonable,it will appear fuzzy function,layout confusion and improper scale,which will not only affect the normal operation of the park,but the cost of making changes is high and low efficiency.In this paper,based on the problems which logistics facilities of the airport logistics park are faced with,the relevant theories of layout planning of logistics facilities were firstly summarized,and the research scope was defined,and the basic principles and influence factors of logistics facilities layout planning were analyzed.And then the elements of layout planning of logistics facilities in the park were analyzed,including function design,process design and functional area size,existing methods of facility layout were discussed,and systematic layout planning(SLP)method was improved through introducting of external regional conditions(important transport and other facilities around)and using GM(1,1)model to predict the future logistics demand.Finally combined with the actual development needs of the airport logistics park of Zhengzhou Airport Economic Zone,using the new logistics facilities--north freight area as an example,the layout had been handled with the application of above research methods and theories,the layout scheme of north freight area was determined.
