Research On Inventory Cost Control Of Zhongdong Chain Supermarket

In recent years,with the continuous development of Internet technology,the increasingly perfect e-commerce environment,and the growing demand of Chinese consumers for diversified consumption,chain supermarkets,as a traditional shopping place,are facing unprecedented industrial opportunities and competition.In order to maintain their competitiveness in the market share competition with e-commerce,offline brick-and-mortar retail chains should not only develop new sales models,but also effectively control operating costs.In addition to the purchase price,the cost of inventory also includes the capital occupation cost and the corresponding management cost during the holding period,which accounts for a large proportion in the operating cost of the enterprise.The study of inventory cost control can not only reduce the operating burden of enterprises,but also speed up the flow of capital,so that enterprises can win the first chance in the fierce market competition.In this paper,the inventory cost control of Zhongdong chain supermarket is taken as the research object.Firstly,through reading domestic and foreign references on inventory cost control,the author grasps the implementation methods of cybernetics and cost control theory,and applies these theories to the inventory cost control analysis.And then through the on-the-spot investigation method,of the Zhongdong chain supermarket inventory cost structure,budget control in advance,matter inventory turnover link control and afterwards control is analyzed,found that the there are many unreasonable place in these areas,such as advance budget control structure of the inventory costs not value,not for inventory costs to set up the budget system,budget is not accurate,make inventory turnover purchasing,warehousing link and afterwards control also have problems,these problems finally affect the effective implementation of enterprise inventory cost control work.Finally,based on the actual operation situation of Zhongdong chain supermarket,optimization suggestions were put forward for the existing problems,such as setting the budget details of inventory cost in the pre-controlled budget link,adding the relevant indicators of inventory turnover speed,and putting forward relevant suggestions for the procurement link and storage link during the control.Through the analysis of the inventory cost control and the improvement measures proposed in this paper,it is hoped that the Zhongdong chain supermarket can play a certain role in the inventory cost control.
