Research On Inventory Prediction And Control Of Chain Supermarket Supply Chain Based On BP Network

Nowadays,with the rapid development of economy and information technology,the competition among market participants is becoming increasingly fierce.Especially the competition among enterprises is gradually changing towards the competition among supply chains,which promotes the spread of supply chain management ideas.The most important inventory forecasting and control has become the focus of attention in the management of various industries.Therefore,it is of great significance to study inventory forecasting and control from the end of the supply chain.Artificial intelligence technology is sought after by all walks of life.It has become an inevitable trend that artificial neural network is applied to supply chain inventory forecasting and control.This paper will use the theory of supply chain inventory control in enterprise operation,and combine with market economics,operations research and control theory,computer science and other disciplines to study the forecasting and control of inventory demand at the end of chain supermarket supply chain.The purpose is to provide theoretical support for the forecasting and control of inventory in retail supermarket enterprises and further enrich and develop retail enterprises inventory control theory and method in supply chain environment.This paper studies from the following aspects:(1)Literature review and related theoretical research at home and abroad.From the aspects of supply chain inventory management,inventory demand forecasting method and chain supermarket inventory model,this paper determines the research perspective of supply chain end of chain supermarket.At the same time,through the research on the theoretical basis of inventory forecasting and control of supermarket chains,the analysis of demand forecasting method and inventory control model,the feasible BP network forecasting method is finally selected to build a more adaptable inventory forecasting model.(2)Construct the model.Based on the analysis of the status quo of chain supermarket inventory forecasting,the process of inventory control and the characteristics of product demand,through theoretical analysis and field interviews on supermarket inventory forecasting and control management,the factors affecting supermarket inventory demand are found,which makes the input level index of the BP network model of supermarket supply chain inventory forecasting reliable,comprehensive,concise and representative.(3)Enterprise Applied Research.This paper chooses a supermarket stores in a chain supermarket under A chain Supermarket Limited Company as the case study object,uses the BP network model of supply chain inventory forecasting of chain supermarket,uses the neuralnetwork tool of MATLAB software to process and analyze the historical demand data of fresh commodities in supermarket,forecasts the fresh commodity inventory demand of supermarket stores and compares them according to the sensitivity analysis results.A good inventory control strategy is formulated in order to reduce the demand source error at the end of the supply chain and effectively control the overall inventory of the supermarket supply chain.
