Research On The Sustainable Development Of Industrial Poverty Alleviation In Y Village Of Yangquan City

At present,China's poverty alleviation work has made great achievements.According to the relevant statistics on poverty reduction in Beijing News,from2012 to the end of 2018,the rural poor population in China has been reduced from 98.99 million to 16.6 million,reducing the incidence of poverty by 8.5%.Although in 2020,China's poverty-stricken counties will achieve full decapitation under the current standards,and the poverty-stricken population will also achieve full poverty alleviation,it will be the focus of our attention that whether the poverty-stricken population can achieve sustainable development,and whether the poverty alleviation achievements are long-term effective and sustainable.How to ensure that the population will not return to poverty after poverty alleviation,and then realize the sustainable and stable poverty alleviation of stable development is the practical implementation of the new direction of the Party Central Committee about "getting rid of real poverty and really get rid of poverty".Based on the theories of sustainable development,sustainable livelihood and feasible ability,this paper studies the sustainable development of the industrial poverty alleviation mode of Y village in Yangquan city by using the methods of literature research and empirical investigation.Apart from the introduction and conclusion,the main body contains five chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces the concepts of poverty alleviation,industrial poverty alleviation and sustainable poverty alleviation based on the research focus of this paper,then introduces the theoretical basis used in this paper,and expounds the era value of sustainable development of industrial poverty alleviation.The second chapter mainly elaborates the current operation of Y village industry poverty alleviation of Y village,and makes a SWOT analysis,finally using the industry sustainability evaluation index for poverty alleviation build by YinYanshu,from applicability(that is,the participation enthusiasm of poor households,industry benefit coupling mechanism of poverty alleviation)and effect(namely,the income of the poor,the employment opportunities of the poor,the development ability of the poor),policy(that is,the investment situation of poverty alleviation funds,the relevant policy to improve the situation of sustainable livelihood capital)and carrier(that is,the development capacity of Y village,the situation of ecological environment protection,the cultivation of advantageous industries)these four aspects to evaluate its sustainability.The third chapter finds out the dilemma of sustainable development of industrial poverty alleviation in Y village from three aspects: the elements,achievements and operation mechanism of poverty alleviation in industry.The fourth chapter analyzes the causes based on the problems in the third chapter.Chapter five puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the sustainable development of poverty alleviation in Y village from four aspects: villagers,village committees,enterprises and government.This paper holds that,under the precise help of the general office of the municipal party committee and the correct guidance of relevant government departments,the Y village in Yangquan city introduced the industrial method suitable for the development of the village accurately and efficiently,and finally realized the poverty alleviation of the whole village in 2017.At the same time,the consideration of the sustainable development of this industrial poverty alleviation model is the key to ensure that the Y village can achieve real poverty alleviation.Based on the study of the sustainable development of industrial poverty alleviation in Y village of Yangquan City,this paper finds that although the current economic development of Y village has been greatly improved compared with that before,in order to achieve sustainable development of industrial poverty alleviation projects,it is necessary to Improve the initiative of the village committee,increase the participation of enterprises and improve theleading management mode of the government while improving the self-development ability of villagers.
