A Study On The Sustainable Promotion Of Poverty Alleviation In County Industry

The Fifth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed that by 2020,the poverty-stricken people in the rural areas would be lifted out of poverty under the current standards in China,and all poor counties would remove their hats and solve the overall regional poverty.At present,China is in the final stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way.Under the great attention of the party and the government,poverty reduction and development work has achieved staged victories,and most of the poor have been lifted out of poverty.This endogenous development mechanism and the main grabber of poverty alleviation have played a huge role.By establishing a set of industrial systems suitable for local development,it has strengthened the "blood-making" ability of poor areas,and made many poor areas look backward Fundamentally reversed.However,it cannot be ignored that there are still a certain number of poor people who are still in poverty,the difficulty coefficient of poverty alleviation is high,the process of poverty alleviation is slow,and the task of poverty alleviation is very difficult.The phenomenon of returning to poverty has affected the timely realization of the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way.The report of the Nineteenth National Congress pointed out that China has entered a new period of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The new historical conditions put forward higher requirements for the poverty alleviation and development work in China.How to continue to promote poverty alleviation by county industries based on the existing poverty alleviation results and achieve It is of great practical significance for all the remaining poor people to get rid of poverty and avoid the phenomenon of returning to poverty,and it should also become the top priority of the current poverty alleviation workers.In the theoretical part,this article first introduces the background and research significance of the topic in detail.It also sorts out some domestic and foreign research results on poverty alleviation and industrial poverty alleviation,and explains the relevant theories and concepts to consolidate the theoretical basis.In the practical part,this article selects Huaiyang County,which has been lifted out of poverty,as a reference object.By analyzing the current status of industrial poverty alleviation in Huaiyang County,on the one hand,it summarizes the staged achievements and main practices of industrial poverty alleviation in Huaiyang County.Literature research andinterviews have identified problems in the management of funds,top-level design,industrial poverty alleviation subjects,and industrial undertaking subjects in Huaiyang County's promotion of county-level industrial poverty alleviation,and draw on the experience of other provinces and countries at home and abroad.Guiding power,improving the driving force of enterprises,and improving the ability of poor households to undertake three major aspects,and proposed solutions to how to continue to promote county-level industrial poverty alleviation.The purpose is to form a large pattern of county-level industrial poverty alleviation and promote development with industry.The industrial belt will get rid of poverty,win the battle to overcome poverty better and faster,and build a moderately prosperous society at an early date.
