Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Industrial Poverty Alleviation In Fuping County Of Hebei Province

The year 2020 is the final year of the completion of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and the 13 th Five-year plan,also being the decisive year of poverty alleviation.Industrial poverty alleviation,as an important part of the "five one batch" project in the thought of targeted poverty alleviation,is a way to achieve poverty alleviation through the development of industry,being a "blood pumping" way of poverty alleviation.Industrial poverty alleviation,as a key link in the development and production of poverty-stricken areas,has become an important way for impoverished areas to get rid of poverty,since it can give full play to the advantages of local characteristic resources,optimize the regional economic structure,and achieve a more significant and sustainable effect than other forms of poverty alleviation.Fuping county in Hebei province,as a national key poverty-stricken county in the "Yanshan-Taihang Mountain" poverty-stricken area,has been suffering from poverty due to natural and social factors.In recent years,based on the local reality,Fuping county makes full use of the advantages of resources,vigorously develops the poverty alleviation industry,basically forms a poverty alleviation industry system of a combination of long term and short term,multi-point support and green cycle,providing an important guarantee for high quality poverty alleviation for the county.This paper takes poverty alleviation industry in Fuping county as the research object,using targeted poverty alleviation theory,industry development theory and imbalanced growth theory as the instruction,in accordance with the data of poverty alleviation industry in Fuping county,using the entropy weight method and the comprehensive index evaluation method to compare and analyze the poverty alleviation industries in Fuping county,using the dawes matrix to conduct directional analysis on edible fungus industry and characteristic breed industry in Fuping county.Based on the results of the above analysis,this paper summarizes the achievements and existed problems of the poverty alleviation industry in Fuping county,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as strengthening the infrastructure,changing the mindset of practitioners,optimizing the environment for industrial development,planning the layout of industries scientifically,adopting the industry model respectively,looking forward to providing some certain reference for the poverty alleviation work in Fuping county or other areas.
