Construction Of Vocational Training System Of Industry-Education Integration Under K Group Industry Transformation And Updating Background

The report of the 19^th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the“improvement of vocational education and training system,deepening the integration of production and education,integration of schools and enterprises”.This is a new deployment of vocational education and training in the new era,and also pointed out the direction for the country with strong human resources.On March 28^th,2019,the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Education promulgated the“Implementation Measures for the Construction of Integrated Enterprises of Industry and Education?Trial?”.It is clear that the enterprise of industry and education integration is responsible for the cultivation of technical and technical personnel.China's progress from a large human resource country to a strong human resource country,the key is the cultivation of talents.The main way of training talents is education and training.Vocational education and training are important channels for cultivating technical and skilled talents for countries and enterprises.This paper analyzes and researches the current vocational training system of the K Group by using individual interviews,questionnaires,and data analysis.It points out that the existing vocational training system of the K Group does not match the industrial transformation and upgrading of the K Group.Insufficient refinement of training,insufficient management staff in the training center and aging team,incomplete training fee collection system,and incomplete training evaluation mechanism.Based on the literature research of the vocational training system and the background of the industrial transformation and upgrading of the K-Group,from the perspective of the integration of industry and education,a vocational training mechanism system,the construction of teachers,analysis of training needs,innovative training forms,and training evaluation system and the training platform build six modules,forming a set of"resource sharing,talent training,process management,results sharing,responsibility sharing,mutual benefit and win-win"and"talent training,social services,international exchange and cooperation,enterprises inheritance of innovation,technical research"as a whole,a unique industry-education integration vocational training system.
