In recent years,active market economy and fierce market competition require enterprises to continuously improve their own strength.In order to improve market competitiveness,enterprises should not only control product quality strictly,but also improve their own management level.This paper takes XKL Food Co.,Ltd.as the research object,analyzes the existing problems of its performance management system and designs a performance management system oriented by its strategic objectives.XKL Food Co.,Ltd.is mainly engaged in Quick-frozen paste.Besides,It is a science and technology-based food enterprise.Since the end of 2017,the company has suffered from a downturn,Its brand enjoy great popularity,production and sales have increased sharply.However,too fast development speed has exposed many management problems,enterprises are facing transformation,the original performance management system is relatively blank,replacing performance management with performance appraisal,and lacking in evaluation plan,performance communication and feedback and application.which makes the low employees' work efficiency and high turnover rate.Enterprise performance environment is not conducive to the personal development of employees and the future development of enterprises.In this paper,the use of research and analysis methods,systematic methodology,qualitative and quantitative analysis,and theory combined with practice,to explore the performance management system reform program.Through modern management tools such as KPI,BSC and strategic map,the performance appraisal plan of XKL Food Co.,Ltd.is formulated and implemented to each employee.Combined with relevant stakeholder theory,the existing deficiencies of XKL Food Co.,Ltd.and the direction of performance management system improvement in the future are put forward.If the enterprise performance management wants to succeed,it must take the strategy as the guidance,establishing a scientific incentive mechanism.the entire staff participates in the coordination,while requiring managers to improve the level of communication,enhance the importance of human resources departments,and have a certain budget support.Through the research of this paper,it also has a good reference significance for similar food enterprises.This paper is divided into six parts,the first part briefly describes the research background,significance,content and methods;the second chapter mainly introduces the performance management related theories and tools,methods,and future development trends;The third chapter puts forward the existing performance management of enterprises through the analysis of the operation,organizational structure,staffing and existing performance appraisal management of XKL Food Co.,Ltd.Chapter 4 designs the performance management system for XKL Food Co.,Ltd.Through the preparation of materials in advance,develops the strategic map of the enterprise,devided the strategic action plan into the strategic map of the department,and then implements it into the personal assessment system of the employees,improves the performance communication and guidance,draws up the implementation steps of performance evaluation feedback and the application plan of the assessment results,and combines them with each other.The fifth chapter,according to the situation of XKL Food Co.,Ltd.,puts forward the improvement of safeguard measures to make the enterprise performance management system easy to promote;the sixth chapter is the conclusion of this paper and the prospect of the future of the enterprise.
