With the continuous development of China’s medical and health system and the continuous deepening of the reform of medical treatment, Enterprise hospitals are facing from public hospitals, The private hospital, Hospitals and other medical institutions compete, Increasing survival pressure makes the performance management of the proportion of in the hospital management also gradually increased.Performance management is an important means of medical organizations improve their management level, Help to improve hospital core competitiveness, To establish a scientific and operable performance appraisal system, the sound development of the hospital has a very important practical significance.This paper will take the performance management theory research results based on hospital performance management experience at home and abroad, Based on the C hospital through analyzing the current performance appraisal system, Found that the current performance appraisal system has been unable to adapt to the needs of the current C hospital development, Combined the current with C hospital performance evaluation environment, By using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) tools and methods, the C hospital performance appraisal system for the optimization design. The implementation of and the solutions are proposed. Conclusions For the same background hospital staff performance appraisal system designed with reference.
