With the continuous expansion of economic globalization,the operation and management mode of state-owned enterprises is gradually in line with the advanced enterprise management mode in the world.Human resource management plays an increasingly important role in the management of state-owned enterprises.Performance appraisal,as a core topic in enterprise human resource management is of great significance to the continuous development and growth of state-owned enterprises.If performance appraisal is viewed from a broader perspective,it is closely related to strategic planning,organizational structure,operation process,cultural construction and many other aspects of enterprise development.Therefore,in the process of enterprise healthy development,need to build a set of suitable enterprise performance evaluation system,and constantly improve and optimize,can give full play to their maximum effectiveness,to adapt to the changing economic development situation,to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of the enterprise,finally realizes the enterprise strategic vision and development goals.Based on the current situation of Z company's business operation and development,this paper takes the application of professional knowledge of human resource management in the enterprise as the theoretical basis to conduct an in-depth exploration of the actual situation of its performance appraisal work.First of all,serious discuss about Z company key business areas current performance evaluation measures.Through questionnaire survey,panel interview and other ways to understand the views and attitudes of enterprise managers and grass-roots employees,through looking up a large number of relevant professional materials and internal data of the enterprise,the problems are sorted out and summarized,and the causes of all problems are analyzed objectively and rationally.Secondly,based on the specific business of the company's key business areas and the current strategic planning of enterprise development,combined with the theory of "balanced scorecard",further design a scientific and reasonable performance assessment scheme,and determine the assessment indicators.Finally,improve the performance appraisal system and related supporting systems to ensure effective implementation on Z company.
