Since the new normal of the economy,from the implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy,the establishment of the regional development strategy layout to the proposal of the regional coordinated development strategy in the 19 th National Congress of the CPC,regional scientific and technological innovation has become a key force for China to break out of the middle-income trap,implement the innovation-oriented national strategy,and realize coordinated development and interconnected growth.The innovation ecosystem,as an “ecosystem that promotes the synergy and interaction of innovation entities,smooth flow and efficient allocation of innovation elements”,can effectively promote the close integration of technology and economy,innovation and business,and realize value creation and value addition,thus gradually becoming the preferred strategy to drive regional innovation development.However,at present,the practice of regional innovation ecosystem in China mostly stays at the stage of stacking and patchwork of innovation elements.The understanding of its ecological and organic characteristics is still insufficient,the role of leading innovation has not been fully played.Therefore,how to effectively integrate the innovation elements and promote the ecological and symbiotic development of regional innovation ecosystem from the perspective of matching,interaction and symbiosis of innovation elements is an important issue in the construction of regional innovation ecosystem.Based on symbiosis theory and regional innovation ecosystem theory,with innovation-driven development and innovation entrepreneurship as the background,and with the symbiosis of regional innovation ecosystem as the research object,the symbiotic characteristics of regional innovation ecosystem are recognized and revealed.Firstly,through sorting out and summarizing the relevant research literature at home and abroad,the symbiotic connotation,symbiotic content,symbiotic elements and structure of regional innovation ecosystem are defined.On the basis of clarifying the connotation and research task of symbiosis of regional innovation ecosystem,the research framework of regional innovation ecosystem symbiosis is designed in combination with the systematic research logic of the regional innovation ecosystem.Secondly,the symbiotic dynamics of regional innovation ecosystem is studied.On the basis of revealing the connotation of symbiosis dynamics of regional innovation ecosystem,the grounded theory in qualitative research is adopted to identify and extract symbiosis dynamics of regional innovation ecosystem.Based on the typical structural relationship of selective coding,the driving path model of symbiotic dynamics of regional innovation ecosystem is established,and the corresponding hypothesis is proposed.The questionnaire survey method and hierarchical regression analysis method are used to test the hypothesis and identify the effect and path of the symbiotic dynamic elements of regional innovation ecosystem.Thirdly,the symbiosis mechanism of regional innovation ecosystem is studied.According to the connotation of symbiosis mechanism,the composition of symbiosis mechanism of regional innovation ecosystem is analyzed.The ecological bit theory is utilized to analysis the entry and exit mechanism of symbiotic unit.Based on the ecological bit theory,the ecological partner evaluation index system and the ecological partner evaluation method of TOPSIS ecological bit evaluation projection model is established,and an example is used to reveal the ecological parter selection mechanism.The mechanism of communication and trust is analyzed,and a game model is established to analyze the resource sharing behavior and mechanism of the innovation subject under the government-led model and the market-led model.Using the correction factor to improve the Shapley value based on the ideal point,the model of more fair and reasonable benefit distribution among ecological partners is constructed,and a calculation example is used to analyze the benefit distribution behavior of the main body of the ecosystem innovation.The adaptive mechanism model between innovation unit of regional innovation ecosystem and abiotic environment is established,and its adaptive process is analyzed.Fourthly,the symbiotic evolution of regional innovation ecosystems is studied.According to the symbiotic evolution theory,the dominant law of the symbiotic evolution of regional innovation ecosystems is revealed.Based on the system entropy change model,ecological entropy is utilized to identify the direction of the symbiotic evolution of regional innovation ecosystems.Based on the life cycle theory and the symbiosis relationship,the symbiotic evolution stage of regional innovation ecosystem is explained from the macro and micro levels respectively.The symbiotic evolution model of regional innovation ecosystem is established,its stability and conditions are analyzed,and the process and results of symbiotic evolution of regional innovation ecosystem are simulated and analyzed under different symbiotic evolution modes.According to the evolution trajectory of the key population of regional innovation ecosystem in China,the symbiosis relationship coefficient of regional innovation ecosystem in China is estimated by the L-V model,the symbiotic evolution mode of the regional innovation ecosystem is judged,and the symbiotic evolution process of the regional innovation ecosystem in China is predicted.Fifthly,the measurement of symbiosis degree of regional innovation ecosystem is studied.Combining the "function" and "coordination" characteristics of the symbiosis measure,a static measurement model of the symbiosis degree of the regional innovation ecosystem considering the characteristics of "function" and "coordination" is established.Then,considering the characteristics of evolution velocity,dynamic measurement model of the symbiosis degree of regional innovation ecosystem is established which integrates the trend of evolution speed and the state of evolution speed.According to symbiosis structure model,the evaluation index system of symbiosis degree of regional innovation ecosystem based on five-dimensional symbiosis elements is established.Combined with the relevant data of 30 provinces and cities in China,the symbiosis situation of Regional Innovation Ecosystem in China is revealed from the static and dynamic levels.Sixth,the symbiotic effect of regional innovation ecosystem is studied.The source of the symbiotic effect of regional innovation ecosystem is revealed from the perspective of symbiotic rent.Then,the realistic performance level of the symbiotic effect of regional innovation ecosystem is revealed.The static and dynamic panel models of regional innovation ecosystem and regional innovation are established respectively.Using random effect model and system GMM method,the driving effect of regional innovation ecosystem symbiosis on regional science and technology innovation is obtained to verify the driving innovation effect of regional innovation ecosystem symbiosis.Finally,the realization strategy of benign symbiosis of regional innovation ecosystem in China is studied.Following symbiosis law of regional innovation ecosystem and the current situation of symbiosis of regional innovation ecosystem in China,policy suggestions for the benign symbiosis of regional innovation ecosystem in China from the macro overall level are proposed,and countermeasures for the benign symbiosis of regional innovation ecosystem in China from a microscopic level are proposed.
