Enterprise long-term health development is the foundation of the employees. Along with society’s progress and development, employee satisfaction has received the high attention. Employee satisfaction affects the staffs enthusiasm, affect employee’s work efficiency. Satisfaction enhancement can stimulate staffs work enthusiasm, improve work performance make the enterprise profit. Fast-moving consumer goods industry as a pillar industry of the world economy, the proportion of gross domestic product. The beer industry has got unprecedented development, however, China’s beer industry sales staff satisfaction is low. Major beer group set his sights on channel construction, brand building, etc. Ignore the management of the sales staff. Firstly this paper use five competitive model to analysis the macro environment of company A, then use the SWOT to analysis the status of Company A. After having a comprehensive understanding of Company A, this paper try to analysis15beer companies’staff employee satisfaction.The15companies are belong to Company A. Secondly,this paper use interview and questionnaire survey method to know the satisfaction of sales staff.Study found that the employees on work itself, work environment, work reward, working groups, enterprise’s satisfaction is low. Especially on the factor of working hours,,overtime in the work itself satisfaction, job return of pay, benefits, incentives, performance evaluation option’s satisfaction is lowest part in whole test. Finally, the paper combines with the actual situation of Company A and the survey data trying to improve the sales staff of Company A’s job satisfaction of the management measures including:establishing comprehensive compensation system, establish an effective performance evaluation system, improve the effect of corporate training, strengthening the incentive role of non-economic factors, the construction of harmonious enterprise culture.
