With the rapid development of society and the increasing quality of the masses,corporate social responsibility has received more and more attention and attention from all walks of life,and even some companies have mentioned the strategic height.However,in the rapid development of the market economy,there have also been many contradictions and problems.Some enterprises have adopted a hypocrisy corporate social responsibility strategy of “speaking a set” in order to pursue immediate economic benefits.This kind of corporate unethical behavior has become a new research hotspot in academia.However,the existing research pays more attention to the level of hypocrisy corporate social responsibility behavior and formation mechanism of the enterprise,and there are few studies on its consequences and countermeasures.Corporate hypocrisy corporate social responsibility can lead to some negative consequences that are badly affected,one of which is the employee's counterproductive work behavior.At present,there are few studies on the impact of corporate hypocrisy corporate social responsibility on employees,and empirical research is particularly scarce,and employees' counterproductive work behavior will directly affect the sustainable development of enterprises.This paper will use empirical methods to explore the relationship between corporate hypocrisy corporate social responsibility and employee counterproductive work behavior,and verify its role in corporate hypocrisy corporate social responsibility and employee counterproductive work behavior from the perspective of organizational resources and work.Exploring the possible regulatory role of moral identity in organizational resources and counterproductive work behavior,and draws the following conclusions:(1)Corporate hypocrisy corporate social responsibility has a positive predictive effect on employees' counterproductive work behavior;(2)The negative impact of corporate hypocrisy corporate social responsibility on organizational resources;(3)Organizational resources have a negative predictive effect on employees' counterproductive work behavior;(4)The personal resources in the organization resources play a partial intermediary role between the enterprise's hypocrisy corporate social responsibility and counterproductive work behavior;the mediation effect of the work resources in the organization resources is not established;(5)Moral identity regulates the relationship between optimistic dimensions in personal resources and counterproductive work behaviors that point to interpersonal relationships;at the same time,moral identity regulates the relationship between career development dimensions and counterproductive work behaviors in working resources.This research theoretically enriches the research content of corporate hypocrisy corporate social responsibility and counterproductive work behavior,and makes an in-depth discussion on its mechanism of action.In practice,it provides reference and guiding significance for organizational behavior and enterprise management.
