SCW Logistics Equipment Company Development Strategy Research

China’s "thirteenth five-year" development plan outline for the development of logistics equipment industry has put forward clear requirements.modern logistics industry has made great progress under the support of national policies.However,logistics equipment manufacturers are also facing the challenges,the fierce competition,low admission threshold,high pressure on transformation and upgrading,etc.,which hampers the industry`s development.Under current circumstance,how should the logistics equipment industry formulate the corresponding development strategy in the transformation and development,which is of great practical significance to the development of the logistics equipment industry.In this study,based on the case study of the development strategy of SCW logistics equipment company,using strategic management theory and methodology to comprehensively analyzes the internal and external environment,doing studying on its development strategy.First,through literature study,on-site investigation and logical analysis,this article analyzes and sums up the industry`s development inclination.In addition,through the analysis of company internal and external environment,the article summarizes the advantages on technical reserving,manufacturing capability,management concepts and so on.The article also manifests the issues on sales network,personnel structure and intelligent transformation.At last,adopting SWOT analysis methods and competition theory,establishing the development strategic target for SCW,which should be based on their own advantages,increase the development efforts,improve the field influence,provides theory evidence and focalization strategy measures for company continuous healthy development.This paper through the research and discussion on SCW,enables the logistics equipment companies to comprehensively analyze the fierce competition and pressure on transformation and upgrading,to review and perfect the development strategy,to match the development strategy with external environment.From the strategy perspective,the paper calls for the internal resources evaluation,integration and optimization and further improves on the ability of grasping development chances,to help enterprises respond confidently to sharp market competition.
