| China’s economy has experienced rapid development for many years,and now it has entered into an era of economic restructuring.The manufacturing industry is in the stage of transition from “Made in China” to “Intelligent Manufacturing in China”.In order to make YMD company to stand out in this fierce competition,expand its market share,and grow into a high-quality enterprise in the intelligent equipment manufacturing industry,the topic is being studied in depth.This thesis takes YMD company as the research object and YMD company’s development strategy research as the theme.Taking the increasingly intense market competition into consideration,this thesis analyzes the YMD company’s external environment,such as macro-environment analysis and industry environment analysis,combines YMD’s existing resources and capabilities,uses the PEST method,Porter’s five forces model and SWOT to deeply analyze the status of YMD,and determines that YMD should adopt “product differentiated competition strategy”,“service differentiated competition strategy” and “technical innovation strategy” as the main strategies.In order to guarantee the implementation of the “product differentiated competition strategy”,“service differentiated competition strategy” and “technical innovation strategy”,it has come up with specific measures,such as realizing product upgrade through technological innovation,using external resources to realize product differentiation and upgrade,enhancing the quick respond model to realize service speed differentiation,improving the quality and ability of customer service staff,strengthening the company’s R&D team,improving the new product development process,etc.Meanwhile,the four supporting measures on human resources,production resources,financial resources,and corporate cultural resources also escort the implementation of the specific competitive strategies.Through the implementation of the above measures,YMD’s own advantages will be further utilized,so that YMD will strive to grow into a high-quality enterprise in the intelligent equipment manufacturing industry. |
