Greatly promoting equipment manufacturing is a very important strategic task, and is a strategic measure which is setting up and fulfilling scientific development concept, leading to a new industrial road and will make national economy sustainable developing. With the rapid progress of economical globalization, scientific innovation ability has been become the key determined factor of the international competitive competency and economical development ability.
