| In recent years,the operation and development of the domestic clothing industry are facing great pressure.There are numerous famous domestic clothing companies that have fallen into the tide of closure and store closure,such as Li Ning,Anta,etc.Traditional clothing brands have been hit hard.In this grim environment,domestic garment manufacturers have to face the transformation and upgrading,which is a major test of life and death.The transformation cannot be separated from the construction of clothing talents.In order to attract high-tech talents to the enterprise so as to improve the difference,innovation and quality of products,the enterprise should focus on the salary and treatment of employees,which is a key factor affecting whether employees will choose to go to the enterprise and how long they can stay there.Salary management is an important part of human resources management,and the salary system is a particularly important part of salary management.Therefore,the optimization of salary system is the key to the current domestic garment enterprises.In this paper,TF Company,a typical clothing enterprise,is selected as the research object.Through literature research,investigation,quantitative research,qualitative research and other means,the present situation,existing problems and the causes of the problems in the compensation system of the enterprise are systematically studied.The compensation system of the enterprise is deeply analyzed by using the theoretical methods related to compensation.Considering the actual situation of the company,a reasonable optimization scheme and safeguard measures are proposed for the compensation system of TF Company. |
