In the market economy environment of the new era of socialism,the operation and development of any enterprise is no longer a simplified market operation,but a comprehensive ability of the enterprise's strategic development,business structure,human resources and other aspects.Human resource is one of the important guarantee resources for enterprise development,and salary management occupies a particularly important position.It is the first and important means for enterprises to motivate employees.In recent years,with the reform of enterprise structure and the change of personnel structure,the contradiction of XAYZ company's salary system has become increasingly prominent.The salary system is disconnected from the market mechanism,the salary and post do not match,and the salary assessment method is single.The salary assessment in different job sequences is homogeneous,and the enterprises are still basically using the traditional and old assessment methods of state-owned enterprises.The personal income of employees can not reflect the position contribution and value of employees.The loyalty and trust of employees to enterprises are constantly declining,and the working momentum of the whole staff is low.Therefore,the salary system The improvement of the Department is an urgent task after the structural reform.Through the qualitative and quantitative analysis of XAYZ company's current salary system,through the survey of salary satisfaction,combined with the results of the survey,this paper finds out the problems in the salary system,and makes a deep analysis of the causes of the problems.Combining with the current company development strategy and the support requirements of human resources management,the salary system of XAYZ company is improved and redesigned,and job analysis,job evaluation and salary survey are carried out.According to the current management sequence,comprehensive function sequence,information technology sequence,marketing sequence,production supervisor sequence and business operation are carried out.Sequence,delivery sequence,internal processing sequence,transportation sequence and production auxiliary sequence are the ten major series of compensation accounting methods to improve and redesign the scheme,which can provide practical reference for the continuous integration work after the structural reform of XAYZ company,and also can better support the strategic development of enterprises in human resources management.Exhibition.
