In the fierce market competition,the company has developed rapidly and among the forefront of the domestic information industry by virtue of the quality and quantity of information and personalized service management. Facing the increasingly fierce competition of the market environment, as a information enterprise of providing information services business, ZLZX company’s demand of staff, especially for the quality of the staff, put forward higher standards correspondingly.However, on the performance management and compensation management, ZLZX company is still in the implementation of the establishment of the system, which has a serious negative impact on the development and growth of the company.Based on the review of research status and related theories of performance and salary management at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the present situation of performance and salary management of ZLZX company, and finds out the existing problems. Besides,the paper designs a set of performance based salary management system including basic salary,performance pay and welfare treatment three aspects, and do research on the implementation of the system of security measures and effect evaluation. In the end, the paper also puts forward the respects to ensure the long-term effectiveness of the system. |
