Prodcution Process Quality Improvement Project Study For F Company-based On Lean Thinking

Quality is the foundation of enterprise survival and development,and along with produciton manner's development,the quality management and process quality improvement also developed.Human society production manner has beend developed from manually production to machine mass production and to today's lean production.How to carry out effective process quality improvement under the new lean production mode is the common problem faced by every enterprise.By collecting relevant literature,study the lean thinking research theory both internal and oversea,also,studied the application cases under this topic and find that there's not a common and efficient method to conduct the lean process quality improvement.Based on the reality of F company,through combination of lean thinking and conventional process quality management theory,build a lean quality improvement plateform in F company.Learnt from and introduced a set of practical lean quality improvement tools,such as quality system basic(QSB),process failure mode and effect analysis(PFMEA),value stream mapping(VSM),cause and effect analysis diagram(CE),etc.At the same time,combined with the concept of daily management and visual management in lean management theory,a set of kanban have been set up in F company.In case study part,for the main problems of process quality management faced by F company,through the integrated application of the lean quality tools,implemented a set of process quality improvement activities,the improvement effect is obvious,the result proved the given lean quality management logic and method are effective.
