How to achieve high efficiency, low cost, rapid response to market demands, to ensure product quality and stability, and achieve sustained improvement in economical way is a common issue facing all times of the enterprises. Lean production is a continuous improvement to eliminate waste management mode, which enable enterprises get the production costs and significantly improve the efficiency with lower cost. Lean production model after 50 years of practical application, has been extended from t he auto industry to more and more industries. How to apply Lean theory and Lean tools combine the enterprises characteristics that enable lean production management mode really help business development is the key and difficult enterprise management.First, we got lean manufacturing application experiences from the analysis of market situation, quality control and production status management of TVP(Textured Vegetable protein) industry.Second, The current situation of Gosfo China Co.,Ltd. was observed, including the TVP technology, product quality, production equipment, on-site management with the methods of process analysis, case analysis, causal analysis.The reasons of Gosfo quality problem were found. The results showed that the low rate of qualified products not only technical problems, but also the management loopholes. The existing problems of Gosfo appeared in implementing process of applying of lean production to improve product quality were also analysised.Finally, in according to the results from analysis, this thesis comes up with implementation scheme and countermeasure of improving Gosfo product quality based on lean production. The aim is to improve process quality management of Gosfo by using 6S management foundation, optimize production layout and production preparation time, TMP improve equipment operating conditions, improve the production plan, improve staff skills and qualities. |
