Research On Production Process Quality Improvement For Company TB

The deepening of economic globalization makes the enterprises is facing increasing competitive pressure.In the competitive environment,companies in the pursuit of low cost high efficiency while hoping to provide customers with high quality products,more and more managers started to pay attention to Lean Production,Total Quality Management,Six Sigma and other advanced quality management.Many Chinese companies have also begun to actively explore the Lean Six Sigma method,however,can truly successful implementation of Lean Six Sigma few and far between,the quality of management is still in the method of relying on the inspection,the research on Quality management mainly stay at the theoretical level,how to combine the practice with the development of Chinese enterprises,the formation of a Quality management with Chinese characteristics is a problem that plagues many companies.Firstly,on the basis of the relevant researches were reviewed on a detailed discussion of relationship between Quality improvement and quality management,and introduces manufacturing process quality management and Lean Six Sigma management.In this paper,the research on production process quality improvement for TB Company start at repair rate,with an example of quality management methods in China's manufacturing enterprises in the specific application process.In the stage of finding problems,we use SIPOC and weighted Pareto charts to find the key quality problems and determine the goal of quality improvement.At the stage of analyzing problems,we use causal analysis,FMEA to find out the causes of quality problems comprehensively,Find the solution to the problem,and eliminate the impact of the measurement system on the results;in the improvement of the problem stage,the use DOE to found the quality of the key factors to the best factor parameters;Improve the process capability,we put forward the corresponding quality assurance measures.Based on the previous researches,this paper puts forward the quality improvement method which is suitable for the traditional enterprises in China,and provides the basis for the company to set up an effective quality improvement system while reducing the repair rate,improving the quality of the manufacturing process and improving the product quality.At the same time for the entire enterprise and the same type of enterprise quality improvement and control to provide an effective reference strategy.
