It reviews the development of5S management and expounds themethod and characterize of5S management. Secondly, this paper builds a overall schemeof5S management by reviewing the literature and working in the M company. It alsocomes up with the advanced PDCA cycling mehod. It establishes comprehensiveassessment of5S effects by coming up with the method of5S management, such as redcard operation, fixed location management, visual management and so on. Thirdly,according to the development goal and the management status and characterize of Mcompany, this paper establishes the specific method of implementing the5S management.That is applying the PDCA cycling method to the boost of5S management in order tomake sure the persistent improvement of5S management. And apply red card operation toseiri section in order to decrease unnecessaries of production site and make sure capaciousproduction site.
