With the pace of economic globalization and cyberization,enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition,in order to survive and develop,businesses become more diversified and complex,multi-project paralleling becomes normal,traditional project schedule control methods such as Critical Path Method cannot effectively manage multi-project progress,especially for multi resource constrained dynamic multi-project environment,DOSIC often encounters problems caused by multi-project schedule delay.This article analyzes the problems of multi-project schedule management in DOSIC,establishes DOSIC's multi-project schedule management model based on Critical Chain Theory,improves the multi-project schedule management in DOSIC.On the basis of collecting and sorting out the related literatures of project schedule management,and analyzing the problems encountered in project schedule management in recent years and the characteristics of multi-project environment of DOSIC,this article shows the main reasons that affect the company's project schedule are the resource conflict between projects caused by limited resources,unreasonable project plans and lack of progress management mechanism,especially people as important resources of the company,their abilities and psychological factors have significant impacts on the project progress.Critical Chain Theory combines traditional project schedule control methods with Theory of Constraints and Psychology,which is a new breakthrough in the direction of project schedule management.This article establishes DOSIC's multi-project schedule management model based on Critical Chain Theory,by prioritizing the company's projects,arranging project plans reasonably around the limited constrained resources and monitoring project buffers to manage project schedules dynamically,the collective success of the projects within the company can be guaranteed and company strategic objectives can be achieved.Also adjusts the organizational structure and designs resource management to ensure the smooth implementation of the method.Finally,an application practice was carried out through a specific project example.The result proved that the application of critical chain theory to schedule management of DOSIC's multi-project is effective.
