With the rapid development of China's economy,the broad masses of the people have more demand for air travel.In order to keep up with this trend,airlines continue to introduce new planes,which makes the number of aircraft is increasing year by year,and the overhaul business of aircraft is also developing in step.Aircraft maintenance enterprises generally maintain multiple aircraft at the same time.Since not all resources can be satisfied at any time,resource conflicts are inevitable.How to manage multiple projects well under the condition of resource constraints has become an important topic to be solved urgently for aircraft maintenance enterprises.Aircraft maintenance business with high technical content,quality and delivery time requirement is high,the cost is higher,the off-season business season is large etc,the peak value of enterprise is unlikely to be in accordance with the maintenance requirements for investment of various resources,when different maintenance projects at the same time you need to use a kind of resources,can produce resource conflicts.Based on the related literature and research results at home and abroad were analyzed,and with multi-aircraft maintenance practice of M company as a case,according to the aircraft maintenance industry characteristics and the status quo,through the questionnaire to find out more than machine under resource constraints problems of maintenance management,and puts forward the critical chain technology are used to many project management solution.When using critical chain technology in aircraft maintenance schedule control,the priority of each project and process in the enterprise should be judged comprehensively.Secondly,resources in conflict should be reasonably allocated according to the order of comprehensive priority,so as to ensure that resources can be acquired in the first time by projects and processes with high comprehensive priority.Finally,according to the safety time of the non-critical chain of the project,the corresponding import buffer is set,the resource buffer is set according to the situation of bottleneck resources,and the project buffer is set according to the safety time on the critical path to protect the total project duration.In this way,it can effectively solve the problem of maintenance schedule management of multiple aircraft under resource constraints.Through the application of critical chain technology in the maintenance process of multiple aircraft in M company,it can be found that this technology can promote the progress control of multiple aircraft in aircraft maintenance enterprises,and also improve the management level of the entire enterprise in project progress control,which is helpful for the realization of strategic objectives.
