This paper aims to build an employee competency model suitable for Xin'an bank based on the in-depth analysis of the existing problems and reasons in the human resource management of Xin'an bank employees.Through the investigation and research,the current human resource management of Xin'an bank in the selection of employees,the process is not complete norms,standards are not clear;The training mode is single and the course content is boring.Performance management indicators are unreasonable and not comprehensive,the one-sided pursuit of performance,ignoring the long-term development of employees,etc.The reasons for these problems are that the enterprise culture construction is not effective,the performance management system is not perfect,and the staff's recognition of human resource management is not high.According to human resources management related theory,this study according to the competency model building principle,in with the cooperation of the Xin'an bank staff,combined with the actual,fully adhere to the principle and application of competency model building and the solid preparation: before modeling on the basis of preliminary communication,determine the performance appraisal,employees divided into types to enhance pertinence;According to the basic differences between management and technology,the competency factors of the two types of employees are extracted through investigation.The weight of each factor is calculated rigorously through the judgment matrix of the factors.From the three aspects of professional knowledge,professional skills and personal quality,this paper constructs an employee competency model suitable for Xin'an bank.Meanwhile,the selection of key management posts and main business posts for practical application of the competency model has preliminarily proved the applicability and feasibility of the model,providing a scientific basis for the selection and evaluation of employees in practice.Finally,the guarantee conditions for the implementation of competency model are proposed.
