Under the market economy system,enterprises are the main body participating in the market economy.The efficiency of human resources management of enterprises will have a direct impact on the realization of the profitability and strategic development goals of enterprises.The development of economic globalization has increased the competitive pressure of enterprises and highlighted the focus of competition among enterprises,namely "human resources".Since its inception,Huafu Securities Company has regarded innovation of financial products and providing high-quality services to customers as the "key point" to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.Its marketing performance has been improved in different ways,thus providing a strong guarantee for improving the profitability of the company and promoting the smooth realization of its strategic development goals.In this paper,the marketing incentive mechanism of Huafu Securities Company is mainly analyzed by using the methods of literature,case analysis and questionnaire.The purpose is to put forward the optimization strategy of incentive mechanism which is suitable for the company to participate in market competition and enterprise development.In this paper,on the basis of reducing the development status,main business types,marketing performance and existing incentives for marketing staff of Huafu Securities Company,the author makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the incentive status of marketing staff of Huafu Securities Company by using the questionnaire method.The results show that the current incentive mechanism for marketing staff of Huafu Securities Company has such problems as weak incentive incentive,unscientific performance management,imperfect staff training mechanism,and lack of career development planning.To improve marketing performance of marketing staff and promote marketing activities of Huafu Securities Company,it is necessary to meet the needs of marketing staff.Demand as the basic premise,we should formulate more perfect incentive management mechanism.In view of the prominent problems existing in the marketing staff incentive of Huafu Securities Company,this paper clarifies the goal of optimizing the marketing staff incentive mechanism to stimulate the working enthusiasm of the marketing staff and improve their marketing performance,and adheres to the basic principles of people-oriented,the unity of personal value of employees and enterprise value,and the combination of health care and incentive,focusing on the optimization of salary structureand performance management.Based on the unique needs of marketing staff incentive in securities enterprises,combined with the actual situation of Huafu Securities Company,we have made some theoretical expansion in the theoretical field,enriched the theoretical research on the industry theme,and provided useful reference and reference for the management and incentive of marketing staff in other enterprises in the securities industry.
