At present,China is carrying out supply side structural reform,enterprises pay more and more attention to the quality of products and services.As the people who contact with customers directly,the marketing personnel,to a certain extent,represent the image of the enterprise and affect the service quality of the enterprise to a great extent.The lack of enthusiasm of marketing personnel will reduce the quality of service and cause the loss of customers.In order to mobilize the enthusiasm of marketing personnel,we need to develop a series of incentive measures.The reason why the incentive mechanism should be established is to make it more clear under what premise,employees can voluntarily participate in work on time,can settle in their own positions and work hard,and can continuously improve work efficiency.Therefore,the good or bad design of incentive mechanism determines the rise and fall of an enterprise to a large extent.In recent years,FZ medical equipment company has maintained a good momentum of business development and entered the fast lane of rapid development.However,while the company has made great progress,it also shows many problems,especially the loss of marketing personnel,which has increased in recent years.It can be said that if the marketing personnel are retained and the enthusiasm and creativity of their work are stimulated,it has become a very important factor affecting the future development of FZ medical equipment company.Taking FZ medical device company as an example,this paper introduces the incentive status of FZ medical device company,and through the employee satisfaction survey of the incentive mechanism of FZ medical device company,obtains the employee satisfaction results of various incentive mechanisms,and understands the weaknesses of the incentive mechanism of FZ medical device company.Then,according to the weakness of FZ medical device company's marketing personnel,we optimize the design of incentive mechanism,including designing a reasonable salaryand welfare system,establishing a scientific performance appraisal system,establishing a career development system based on training,and designing an incentive work content,so as to improve the incentive ability of FZ medical device company for marketing personnel and for other medical device companies The company provides some reference for staff motivation.It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide some guidance and reference for the relevant decision-making level of FZ medical device company to solve the loss of marketing personnel and stimulate their work enthusiasm and creativity.
